Gym Master Pro

After  download theme from Rigorous Theme, you can choose either of the approaches given below to install your theme:

From Administration, Panels go to Appearance > Themes.

1. Select Add New.
2. Then, select Upload Theme.
3. Click Browse. Locate gym-master-pro.zip theme in your computer.
4. Select gym-master-pro.zip and click Install Now.

You can use FTP client like FileZilla to connect your web server.

1. Unzip gym-master-pro.zip to your Desktop.
2. Using an FTP client to access your host web server, go to /wp-content/themes/ and upload your new copy of the gym-master-pro theme.
3. Now, log into the WordPress Dashboard with your login details.
4. Select the Appearance panel, then Themes.
5. You will see the theme in the list.
6. Then, click the Activate button.
7. Now, the theme will be activated and go through the following options to set up the theme stepwise.

After Activating Theme, you will see the notice offering you to install required plugins.

Click “Begin installing plugins”, on the screen that appears, next select the plugins you want to be installed, pick “Install” in Bulk Actions select box and click “Apply” button. For optimal user experience install and activate all recommended plugins.

Steps to import demo data:

1. Navigate Through  Appearance > Import Demo Data.
2. You will get all the demo available:
3. Click on the Import and follow the process.

Step to Add New Post

1. Go to Post, Click Add New.
2. Add Title, Content, Feature Image and Categories.
3. Click on Publish.

Step to Add New Page

1. Go to Page, Click Add New.
2. Add Title, Content and Feature Image.
3. Click on Publish.

From Customize section, go to Default/Basic Setting.In Default/Basic Setting you will see:

From the Customize >  Default/Basic Setting section, go to Site Identity. You will see a various option.

1. Logo: Main logo of the site.
2. Site-title: Main site title of the site.
3. Tagline: Tagline (i.e:Description) of the site.Just below site title.
4. Choose Option:
   • Logo only: This option helps you to enable logo only.
   • Logo + Tagline: This option helps you to enable logo and tagline only.
   • Title Only: This option helps you to enable logo only.
   • Title + Tagline: This option helps you to enable logo only.
5. Display Site Title and Tagline: This option helps you to disable and enable Site Title and tagline in your site.
6. Site Icon: Site Icon is used as a browser and app icon for your site.

From the Customize section, go to Color Setting. You will see the following option:

1. Header Text Color: Choose Header Text Color using this option for your website.
2. Background Color: Choose background color using this option for your website.

From Customize section, go to  Background image. In Background Image, you will have these options:

1. Background Image: This option help you to set background image of your website.
2. Preset: This option helps you to set preset option.

From Customize section, go to Homepage Setting you will see two option.This option help you to set home page and blog page as your choice.

From Customize section, go to Theme Color Options. In Theme Color Options you will see:

The Customize section, go to  Theme color Setting > General Color Setting. In General Color  Setting, you can choose differently for Primary Color, Button Color, Paragraph Color, Border Color, Menu Color, Top Arrow Color.

6. Section Color: This option helps you to select a color for the service section .
7. Section background color:This option helps you to set the background color for the service section.
   After activation the plugins gym master Components you will fund the serivce  Post Field. Then You can add the service post As Follows.

From the Customize section, go to FrontPages setting > Process Section. In Process Section you will see:

1. 1. Enable/Disable Process Section: This option allows you to enable/disable Process Section.
   2. Select Page For Process Section: This option helps you to select a page for Process Section.This Page Will Display Title.
   3. Select Category For Process Section: This option helps you to select a category for the process section.
   4. Process Section Background Image: This option helps you to select a process section background image.
   5. No. of Posts:  This option helps you to select no. of posts for process section.
   6. Section Color: This option helps you to select section color.

From the Customize section, go to FrontPages setting > Info Section. In Info Section you will see:

   3.  Select Page For Counter One:  This option allows you to select a page for a counter title and description and in the same way we can set the page for others also.

   6. Info Section Background Image:This option allow you to select the background image for the info section.

2. Fitness Video Tutorial Text: This option allows you to edit text for the fitness video tutorial.
3. Video Section Background Image: This option allows you to select a Video Section Background Image.
4. Type Video URL For Video Section: This option helps you to set the video URL for video section.

From the Customize section, go to FrontPages setting > Team Section. In Team Section you will see:

1. Enable/Disable Team Section: This option allows you to enable/disable Team Section.

3. Select Category:  This option allows you to select a category for  Team Section.

2. Select Category For Testimonial Section: This option allows you to select a category for the Testimonial Section.
3. Testimonial Background Image: This option allows you to select a testimonial Background Image.
4. No. of Post On Category: This option allows you to select a number of post on a category. After activation the plugins gym master Components you will fund the Testimonial Post Field. Then You can add the testimonial As Follows.

From the Customize section, go to FrontPages setting > Call to action Section. In Call to action Section you will see:

1. Enable/Disable Call to action Section: This option allows you to enable/disable Call to action Section.
2. Select Category For Call To Section: This option helps you to select a category for call to section.
3. Learn More Text: This option helps you to edit learn more text.
4. Call to action Background Image: This option allows you to select a Call to action background image.
5. No. of Posts: This option helps you to set the no of posts for a call to action section.

2. MISSION: This option allows you to edit the title of the tab section. in the same way, we can set the title for others tab section.
3. Select Page For Company Section: It will Display Title And Description for tab section.in the same way, we can set content for others.

From Customize > Template Setting > 404 Page. In 404 Page  you will see:

1. 404 Page Background Image: This option helps to select a 404-page Background image.

From Customize, go to General Setting>Header Breadcrumb Image. In the Header Breadcrumb Image, you can select a breadcrumb image.

To create a menu, you need to go to Admin Panel > Appearance > Menu. OR  You need to create a menu from Customize  > Menus > Create Menu. You can create more menus in a similar way. After creating a menu you have to set the Location.

Widgets are one of the most important aspects of this theme.  widgets are specially built for the front page so that most of your content can be categorized easily and be accommodated to feature on the front page.

1. From the Customize section, go to Widgets.
2. From Widgets, you will see different sections to add widget where you will be able to Add a Widget or Remove widgets by going to a particular widget section.
3. And the added widget will be displayed in a particular section that you have added.
4. Note: Make sure to add proper widgets in the proper widget area for the best result.
